In order to better serve the fastener industry, Yongnian District insists on innovation-driven development, and has joined many excellent universities to build national “Small and Medium Enterprises Public Service Demonstration Platform”, provincial “Industrial Clinic” and other industrial public service platforms, and has successively developed 30 common technologies such as mesh belt furnace flue gas treatment, zinc-aluminum co-penetration, titanium-chromium nitride coating, etc., established the only provincial fastener product quality inspection agency in Hebei Province-Fastener Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and cooperated with Yanqi Lake Basic Institute of China Machinery Academy to establish Hebei Zhongji Testing Technology Co., Ltd., and successfully applied for the national high-end equipment manufacturing industry standardization pilot. Through the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy, the number of fastener enterprises has increased to 209, and a total of 2 national-level specialized “little giant” enterprises, 77 provincial-level specialized small and medium-sized enterprises, and 98 national-level high-tech enterprises have been cultivated. It has been successively named a national-level small and medium-sized enterprise characteristic industrial cluster and a national top 100 comprehensive market.
“At present, the fastener enterprises in Yongnian District have 137 invention patents. Last year, our Yongnian fasteners also participated in the revision of industry standards, especially the revision of national standards.” The deputy director of the Fastener Industry Development Service Center of Yongnian District, Handan City said that being able to participate in the revision of national standards in the industry has achieved a “zero breakthrough” in Yongnian District.
